Workers Compensation
Workers Compensation is a system of benefits paid by
employers to workers who experience job related injuries or illnesses. The Workers Compensation Act (WCA) is the
Illinois state law which governs and controls an employee’s rights and
employer’s obligations for injuries or diseases that happened on the job. Benefits include, but are not limited to:
